About this Activity
Get Ready for the Muddy Dog Walk at River Dart Country Park! We’re thrilled to be hosting the upcoming Muddy Dog Walk at River Dart Country Park on Sunday, Nov 22 , 2026 . While we’re providing the beautiful setting, this event is organised by Animals In Distress . The day promises plenty of fun for you and your furry friend! The main course will include mud, water, and dog-friendly obstacles such as jumps, tunnels, weaves, and temptation alley games. For those who prefer a gentler stroll, there’s also a less challenging route through the stunning South Devon countryside. To take part, participants are asked to pledge a minimum sponsorship of £50 for adults and £30 for children, with all proceeds supporting the animals at the Rescue Centre. There is also a registration fee of £20 per adult and £5 per child, which covers the costs of running the event and park entry. Spectators are welcome for a £3 entry fee, giving access to enjoy the park and its free activities after the event.
